However, its benefits in repairing the digestive system, detoxifying, and reducing cellulite are just a few of its many good-for-you advantages. Bone broth is very filling and soups have been shown to significantly reduce weight. A cup of bone broth per day can make the pounds go away. Bone broth is a great way to boost energy and protect you against flu and cold symptoms.
